ISG Analyst

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain server operating systems, primarily MS Windows Server, and related applications.
• Install and maintain server and network hardware, including power and cabling infrastructure.
• Monitor device and network service availability, analyze logs, and resolve outages.
• Manage virtualization environments and enterprise network storage.
• Oversee the enterprise tape backup environment, including performing backups and testing restores.
• Assist with hardware and software procurement and specification development.
• Serve as a tier 2 support escalation path for Help Desk inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience within the Microsoft Windows ecosystem (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience managing server and network hardware in a data center environment.
• Proficiency in system design, database management, and enterprise software.
• For Analyst 2: Minimum of three years of IT-related experience.
• For Analyst 3: Minimum of five years of professional experience in information systems or technical support environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Commvault Simpana or other enterprise backup environments.
• Network security and administration experience (Cisco, Juniper, firewalls, and switches).
• Linux/LAMP administration and Office 365 administration.
• Experience with Enterprise Network Storage (NetApp CDOT or Nimble).
• Knowledge of 802.11 Wireless/WiFi and PBX phone systems.
