About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) partner strategy for the ASEAN region by aligning partner engagement with business priorities.
- Lead commercial structuring and negotiations with partners, including scope, pricing, milestones, and SLAs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor during pursuits to recommend the optimal partner based on capability, capacity, and risk.
- Act as the single point of accountability for partner performance, monitoring delivery quality, compliance, and business KPIs.
- Partner with key stakeholders, including leadership teams, to maximize impact against business metrics.
- Drive cloud growth by embedding consumption-focused incentives and outcome-based elements into partner contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology partner management, consulting, or outsourcing roles.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to develop complex commercial terms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, or Finance with 12+ years of experience in program or process management.
- Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience in program or process management.
- Proven experience structuring large subcontractor agreements or strategic alliances.
- Demonstrated ability to manage partner performance at scale within a complex services environment.
