About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) partner strategy for the ASEAN region by aligning partner engagement with business priorities.
  • Lead commercial structuring and negotiations with partners, including scope, pricing, milestones, and SLAs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor during pursuits to recommend the optimal partner based on capability, capacity, and risk.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for partner performance, monitoring delivery quality, compliance, and business KPIs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including leadership teams, to maximize impact against business metrics.
  • Drive cloud growth by embedding consumption-focused incentives and outcome-based elements into partner contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology partner management, consulting, or outsourcing roles.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to develop complex commercial terms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, or Finance with 12+ years of experience in program or process management.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience in program or process management.
  • Proven experience structuring large subcontractor agreements or strategic alliances.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partner performance at scale within a complex services environment.
