ISC PS Product Sustaining Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the manufacturing process owner for assigned lines, ensuring safety, delivery, quality, and cost targets are met
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electromechanical instrument production lines
• Troubleshoot electronic circuits, PCBs, mechanical systems, and integrated software
• Support process engineering activities including deviation waivers, quality notifications, and repair/re-work forms
• Train production associates on assembly and testing procedures
• Collaborate with engineers to solve design and manufacturing challenges and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
• Revise, verify, and validate manufacturing procedures

Requirements

• Associate's degree in mechanical or electronics engineering, or a related field
• Proven capability to test and troubleshoot highly complex electromechanical instruments
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) for technical communication and documentation
• Expert ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measure dimensions
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical and mechanical tools, including oscilloscopes and torque drivers
• Strong analytical and math skills with proficiency in a Windows environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotics
• Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex instrumentation
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience within a manufacturing environment
