ISC Production Supervisor – Special Processes (Paint & Chemical Operations)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Lead production operations within the Paint and Chemical Processing area, including chemical processing, paint application, epoxy coatings, varnishes, and masking/demasking.
• Implement and monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Participate in and support NADCAP audits and other special process compliance assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in production supervision or management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing operations related to paint processes, chemical processing, coatings, or surface treatments.
• Experience supporting, participating in, or leading NADCAP audits and compliance activities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Availability to work the second shift and flexibility to rotate shifts as required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma or related certifications.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced problem-solving abilities.
• Deep knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in a production environment.
