ISC Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products

Requirements

• Experience in production supervision within supply chain or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in managing production schedules and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking software

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing production team
• Experience driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
