ISC Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct ownership of key KPIs and drive a culture focused on Tiered Accountability (SQDIC)
• Maintain close partnerships with materials management and engineering to support the MPS plan
• Make recommendations regarding staffing and capital investment needs for the area of responsibility
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize costs
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment and uphold standards
• Manage daily attendance planning and staff accountability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management functions and manufacturing processes/operations
• Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and relevant software
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results
• Green Belt, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
