ISC Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Implement and monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet changing demands and priorities
• Drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools to optimize operations
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
