ISC Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations for RF/Microwave assembly teams
• Lead, train, and support production workers to ensure optimal performance and engagement
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and targets
• Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Conduct performance reviews and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assign capacity and resources to fulfill customer requirements and balance factory needs
• Ensure all tools, procedures, and work instructions are in place and followed

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
• Proven supervisory experience managing assemblers or technicians, preferably in the defense industry
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Knowledge of MIL-STD criteria
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
