ISC Materials Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage material planning and execution activities to support production and customer delivery requirements.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of critical components and materials.
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders while supporting inventory and demand planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program Management to mitigate supply chain risks.
• Analyze demand signals and forecast requirements to develop action plans for business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead recovery efforts to resolve delivery, quality, or capacity constraints.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance material flow and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, or related functions.
• Experience managing material availability within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience analyzing demand, inventory, and supply requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual and program requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or Engineering.
• Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, or Aviation industries.
• Previous experience as a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or Material Planner.
• Knowledge of demand planning, inventory control, and production scheduling.
• Project Management or Program Management experience.
