ISC Analytics Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Develop operational and functional metric data while ensuring consistency and data integrity across functions
• Support the Management Operating System (MOS) by gathering and summarizing key metrics and quarterly review materials for Director-level staff
• Review analytics outputs to ensure accuracy before distribution to internal and external customers
• Provide data visualizations and maintain databases/reports to guide strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with global Aerospace functions to design standard analytic processes for operational improvement
• Prepare presentation materials for both internal and external communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, specifically for data retrieval and analysis
• Proven experience in data analytics within supply chain or related fields
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline such as IT Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science
• 3 years of experience in SQL Programming and SQL Server databases
• 2 years of experience in AI development
• Experience with ETL processes using SSIS and Alteryx
• SAP experience in Planning and Procurement
• Experience building web applications using C#/ASP.NET or JavaScript
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean/Black Belt certification
