ISA/Necker Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to produce finished cans according to specifications
• Perform quality checks and analyze measurement values to ensure standards are met
• Respond immediately to deviations in measurements or quality tests
• Document deviations and corrective actions on the shop floor
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions
• Perform regular cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance tasks
• Assist with line changeovers and maintenance days under guidance
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, fire protection, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Basic German language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Previous experience in a production environment
• Availability to work in shifts
• Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a backend team
• Good eyesight and robust physical health
