About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute the effective and timely delivery of IS services, including both hardware and software support.
  • Deploy and maintain operational availability for PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones, audio-visual systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Act as a second-level technical resource to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Log all pertinent information and customer issues into ServiceNow and contribute solutions to the Knowledge Base.
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventory within the Asset Management System.
  • Provide technical support and assistance outside of normal business hours as required.
  • Participate as an active team member on assigned IS projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant IS support experience.
  • Proven experience providing support in a Legal or Professional Services environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows 11, MacOS, and iOS environments.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office products, Exchange, and SCCM.
  • Strong expertise with computer hardware, printers, smartphones, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Ability to remain calm and reasoned under pressure while resolving critical incidents for high-level stakeholders.
  • Physical ability to move equipment and flexibility to work overtime as necessary.
