About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute the timely delivery of IS services, including hardware and software deployment
  • Deploy and maintain operational availability for PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones, and AV systems
  • Act as a second-level technical resource to resolve complex customer issues
  • Log all pertinent information and customer issues into ServiceNow
  • Contribute detailed solutions to the ServiceNow Knowledge Base
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventory within the Asset Management System
  • Provide technical support and assistance outside of normal business hours as required
  • Participate as an active team member on assigned IS projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant IS support experience
  • Proven experience providing support in a Legal or Professional Services environment
  • Proficiency in Windows 11, MacOS, and iOS environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Exchange, and SCCM
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, printers, and audio-visual equipment
  • Ability to move equipment and work overtime as necessary
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or technical school training with equivalent experience
