About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute the effective and timely delivery of IS services, including both hardware and software support.
  • Act as a second-level technical resource to resolve complex customer issues and log information in ServiceNow.
  • Deploy and maintain operational availability for PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones, and data communication equipment.
  • Support and troubleshoot audio-visual and collaboration technologies such as Zoom, Cisco Rooms, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventory within the Asset Management System.
  • Contribute detailed technical solutions to the ServiceNow Knowledge Base.
  • Provide technical assistance outside of normal business hours as required.
  • Participate as an active team member on assigned IS projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Proven experience supporting Windows 11, MacOS, and iOS environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Exchange Online, SCCM, and Intune.
  • Strong expertise with computer hardware, printers, smartphones, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve critical incidents involving high-level stakeholders (Partners and C-level management).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and reasoned under pressure.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project planning skills.
  • Ability to physically move equipment and work on-site in Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing IS support within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or technical school training.
