About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide second-level technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, to firm employees.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user equipment such as PCs, laptops, printers, and smartphones.
  • Support and troubleshoot audio-visual (AV) systems and collaboration technologies including Zoom, Cisco Rooms, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Log all customer issues and pertinent information into ServiceNow.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and device management tasks within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventory records within the Asset Management System.
  • Participate in IS projects and contribute to documented procedures and knowledge articles.
  • Provide occasional support outside of normal business hours as required.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant technical support or service desk experience preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Understanding of computer hardware, printers, smartphones, and AV equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Physical ability to move and set up technical equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or technical school training.
  • Familiarity with MacOS and iOS.
  • Interest in learning Exchange Online, Intune, and SCCM.
  • Previous experience working within the legal industry.
