About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute timely delivery of IS services, including hardware and software support.
  • Act as a second-level technical resource to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Deploy and maintain equipment such as PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones, and audio-visual systems.
  • Support audio-visual and collaboration technologies including Zoom, Cisco Rooms, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Log all technical issues and solutions within the ServiceNow call tracking program and Knowledge Base.
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventory within the Asset Management System.
  • Provide technical assistance outside of normal business hours as required.
  • Participate in assigned IS projects and maintain departmental operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Proven experience supporting Windows 11, MacOS, and iOS environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Exchange Online, SCCM, and Intune.
  • Strong expertise with computer hardware, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Experience resolving critical incidents for high-level stakeholders and senior management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to physically move technical equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing IS support within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent technical school training.
