IS Business Systems Support Trainee

Responsibilities

• Manage application administration, including user accounts, access, and permissions.
• Provide user support by resolving daily operational issues and system problems.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc system reports.
• Collaborate with project teams on the implementation and testing of new system functionalities.
• Create clear technical documentation and user instructions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to create technical documentation.
• Proficiency in English (communicative level).
• Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week (5 days preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
• Understanding of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process.
