Irrigation Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of irrigation installations to verify compliance with design drawings, specifications, and industry standards
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship related to irrigation systems
• Identify and document non-conformities or defects and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of irrigation systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in irrigation inspection or related roles
• Sound knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and installation methods
• Ability to interpret design drawings and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting abilities
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian codes and standards
