IRD Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the in-room dining team, including waiters and runners, to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members to improve service delivery and menu knowledge.
• Oversee the delivery of personalized dining experiences and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain deep expertise in the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient order preparation and delivery.
• Drive revenue through upselling premium dishes, beverages, and exclusive items.
• Manage daily operational reporting, including sales data, guest feedback, and staff performance.
• Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards within the dining environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
