About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct investigative test purchases and write detailed reports for clients
- Communicate with global partners regarding legal actions and demand letters
- Research online sellers and international IP laws to support enforcement
- Facilitate actions against counterfeit sellers and manage ongoing case databases
- Coordinate test purchase operations across Europe and the Americas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills in a business environment
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience working in multicultural environments across different time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a legal environment such as law firms or corporate legal teams
- Prior experience with authentication of counterfeit goods or related investigative work
- Ability to read and write Korean
