IP Litigation Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct early case assessment and investigations, including accused products and prior art analysis
• Draft invalidity and infringement claim charts and assist with contentions
• Draft pleadings and motions, including handling related meet-and-confers
• Prepare and respond to written discovery and work with e-discovery tools and vendors
• Manage complex discovery and discovery negotiations
• Prepare claim construction briefs and hearing materials
• Work with experts on reports and testimony
• Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in patent, trademark, trade secrets, and other IP litigation
• Strong academic record
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and writing skills
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field preferred
