About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent biopharma manufacturers, research institutions, and universities in patent, inventorship, trade secrets, licensing, and contract disputes
- Handle litigation before U.S. courts, arbitral proceedings, the International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Requirements
- Experience in complex commercial litigation
- Preference for experience involving patent rights
- Experience in the life sciences space is preferred
- Science degree is desirable but not required
