Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree
- Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in depositions and motion practice
- Experience in written and expert discovery
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering preferred
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Inter partes review
- Experience with ITC proceedings
- Equivalent industry experience in engineering disciplines
