Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze daily intake of infringing leads to distinguish between legitimate community engagement and actionable copyright or trademark infringement
• Draft and process DMCA takedown notices and trademark infringement reports across social media, ecommerce, and gamer-community platforms
• Perform first-level infringement investigations, compiling evidence and identifying bad actors
• Conduct proactive research to identify emerging threats and grey-market trends
• Serve as a primary interface for outside brand protection vendors
• Work with IP enforcement lawyers to escalate and respond to urgent or high-profile infringement targets

Requirements

• University degree in law, business, or information technology
• 2-4 years experience in Brand Protection, IP Enforcement, or Anti-Fraud/Digital Risk Management
• Native-level fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Foundational understanding of copyright and trademark infringement principles
• Sophisticated understanding of gaming ecosystems including virtual currencies and modding communities
• Investigative mindset and proficiency with IP enforcement dashboards
• Ability to maintain working hour overlap with London and New York business hours
