IP Collaboration Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Handle daily supervision tasks for game IP collaboration projects, including document organization, submission to rights holders, progress tracking, and feedback management
• Act as a primary communication bridge between Japanese rights holders and internal teams to ensure efficient coordination
• Identify and resolve issues within the supervision workflow to ensure smooth project progression
• Perform translation and proofreading of supervision-related materials and support the optimization of workflows and standards
• Maintain and build long-term, positive partnerships with rights holders

Requirements

• Fluent Japanese speaking skills with the ability to conduct business negotiations independently
• High proficiency in business Japanese writing
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the gaming industry
• Passion for and deep understanding of game and anime culture
• Strong communication, coordination, logical analysis, and project management skills
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IP game supervision, project management, or game operations
• Experience studying or working in Japan
• Familiarity with 'Knives Out' (荒野行動)
