IP Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Prepare responses to office actions and communicate effectively with patent examiners
• Collaborate with inventors and technical teams to understand inventions and draft accurate responses
• Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyze prior art to determine patentability and freedom to operate
• Manage and maintain the patent portfolio, including tracking deadlines and renewals
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on patent-related matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, or Computer Science Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in an intellectual property function
• Hands-on experience in patent prosecution and application drafting
• Proficiency in using Questel Orbit
• Strong understanding of US, EP, and India patenting systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in application drafting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
