iOS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Evolve and scale the recommendation platform and reward mechanisms for global customers
• Build seamless customer experiences for referring friends and family to Wise
• Own the technical strategy for marketing data attribution to ensure measurable growth
• Provide engineering support to the Affiliates team to expand global reach through partnerships
• Develop new features from initial planning through to release and post-launch monitoring

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying iOS applications
• Proficiency in Swift
• Familiarity with software architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or VIPER
• Strong product mindset with a passion for user experience and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and solve problems independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SwiftUI
• Experience with Structured Concurrency
• Experience with mobile CI pipelines
