About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth product and disease area knowledge
- Achieve or exceed regional sales targets
- Execute market strategies defined by the Marketing Manager
- Identify and collaborate with target HCPs within appropriate segments
- Understand medical needs of key customers
- Update customer data and report visit frequency in ETMS system
- Coordinate local in-hospital meetings
- Manage professional equipment and promotional materials
- Share knowledge and experience with team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Familiarity with local hospital promotion work
- Oncology experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure
