IO Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets
• Execute market strategies as defined by the Marketing Manager
• Identify and collaborate with target Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) within appropriate market segments to implement promotion plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HCPs in the assigned territory to understand medical and customer needs
• Coordinate local in-hospital meetings and promotional activities
• Maintain and update customer data and HCP information regularly
• Report visit activities daily in the ETMS system
• Provide accurate reports and feedback to direct supervisors regarding the effectiveness of promotional materials
• Manage professional equipment and promotional materials to ensure they are in good condition
• Continuously develop professional expertise through training, conferences, and medical literature review

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 1-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Familiarity with local hospital promotion and marketing workflows
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently, analyze problems, and perform under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Oncology sector
