About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote products and execute regional market plans in Foshan
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
- Identify and collaborate with target HCPs within appropriate market segments
- Achieve or exceed regional sales and performance targets
- Execute market strategies as outlined by the Market Manager
- Maintain and update accurate customer and HCP data
- Coordinate local in-hospital meetings and events
- Conduct regular customer visits and report activities daily in the ETMS system
- Provide feedback to direct supervisors regarding the effectiveness of promotional materials
- Continuously develop professional expertise through training, conferences, and medical literature review
- Manage professional equipment and promotional materials to ensure they are in good condition
Requirements
- Deep product knowledge and expertise in relevant disease areas
- Proven experience in HCP relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on regional targets
- Proficiency in market plan execution
- Experience with ETMS reporting and customer data management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
