About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and support activities for sales and service departments
- Answer phones and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Enter sales leads and service requests
- Complete all billing related processes for sales and service orders
- Ensure parts and labor are costed and invoiced correctly on job tickets
- Track jobs for billing balance and seek resolution
- Maintain electronic billing folders and meet monthly cutoff dates
- Review and analyze monthly reports to identify errors or trends
- Perform general administrative duties including bank deposits, filing, and scanning
Requirements
- Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or accounts payable preferred
