About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out central department retail invoicing efficiently for RTC Tipton customers
- Create pro formas from work instructions to obtain order numbers before invoicing
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) reports to ensure workshop instructions are cleared promptly
- Advise Depot Manager of cost rejections to facilitate appropriate action
- Resolve all invoice queries quickly and effectively
- Ensure technician paperwork is completed accurately to maximize profitability
- Maintain Policy and Procedure files regarding warranty changes
