About the role

Responsibilities

  • Carry out central department retail invoicing efficiently for RTC Tipton customers
  • Create pro formas from work instructions to obtain order numbers before invoicing
  • Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) reports to ensure workshop instructions are cleared promptly
  • Advise Depot Manager of cost rejections to facilitate appropriate action
  • Resolve all invoice queries quickly and effectively
  • Ensure technician paperwork is completed accurately to maximize profitability
  • Maintain Policy and Procedure files regarding warranty changes
