Invoicing Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage back-office invoicing and billing activities to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle customer billing queries and inquiries via email.
• Perform manual invoicing and credit notes as required.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing and billing administration.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues regarding customer parameters that prevent invoicing.
• Liaise with technical support to report bugs and resolve system errors for continuous improvement.
• Work to decrease turnaround time for rendering invoices through process improvements.
• Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for billing query resolution are met.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and follow processes through to conclusion.
• High level of integrity regarding company policies, compliance, and data security.
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
