Invoicing Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage back-office invoicing and billing activities to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Resolve customer billing queries via email while maintaining established SLAs.
• Perform manual invoicing, credit notes, and general billing administration tasks.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues regarding customer parameters that prevent successful invoicing.
• Collaborate with tech support to report bugs, resolve errors, and suggest system improvements.
• Implement process improvements to decrease the turnaround time for rendering invoices to customers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and follow complex processes to conclusion.
• High level of integrity regarding company policies, data security, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the travel industry.
