Invoice to Cash Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Invoice to Cash (ITC) organization for the LATAM region, ensuring stable delivery of billing, collections, cash application, credit, and deductions.
• Drive cash flow and DSO performance by partnering with Sales and Finance to resolve past-due items and improve working capital.
• Influence senior stakeholders, including CFOs and Presidents, to align on priorities and drive business decisions.
• Lead a multi-layered organization through change, integration, and transformation initiatives within a Global Business Services model.
• Develop organizational talent through coaching, engagement, and succession planning.
• Standardize and improve processes through automation and strong internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading Invoice-to-Cash processes in a complex environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams through organizational change and transformation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate with credibility across functions.
• Experience managing performance through KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls (e.g., SOX, GAAP).
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
