Investor Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Interact and communicate directly with Limited Partners (LPs) to address reporting and operational needs
• Prepare in-depth customized reporting for investors, consultants, and platform managers
• Review investor subscription documents, tax forms, and supporting documentation
• Manage updates to investor data within Salesforce and monitor data transfers to Investor Portal
• Support Investor Portal management including document loading, data structure, and user permissions
• Participate in the creation of controls, checklists, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or higher
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, accounting, or an analytical field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume environment
• Strong prioritization and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Experience in alternative investments
• Experience with AI tools and prompts
• Understanding of or experience with coding languages including Python
