Investor Services AML Officer

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Transfer Agency AML team, including case managers and senior associates
• Manage the AML process for all client relationships and act as a primary escalation point
• Set and achieve specific team performance targets and objectives
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular meetings and effective communication
• Develop and implement improvements to AML processes, procedures, and new policy changes
• Work with internal development teams on system enhancements to improve efficiency
• Promote a risk-aware culture and identify gaps in internal key controls
• Manage HR policies, performance reviews, and career development for direct reports
• Support business growth through the onboarding of new clients

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Fund Administration or AML (Hedge Transfer Agency experience preferred)
• At least 2 years of people management experience
• Proven experience in Client Relationship Management
• Strong working knowledge of AML regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (minimum 2.2)
• Experience with Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) obligations
