Investor Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the acquisition of new investors, including emerging affluent and high net-worth individuals, for both Conventional and Islamic investment products
• Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing investors to drive retention and portfolio growth
• Identify opportunities to increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling of suitable investment solutions
• Support planning and execution of investor campaigns, webinars, and engagement events
• Work closely with Tech, Marketing, CX, and Risk teams to support initiatives aimed at enhancing the investor experience
• Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain professionalism and uphold high standards of integrity in all investor interactions

Requirements

• Degree holder with 1–8 years of experience in Banking, Financial Institutions, or Investment-related roles
• Exposure to Wealth Management, Investment Products, or Relationship Management
• Basic understanding of Islamic investment principles is an advantage
• Strong interest in client relationship building and investment advisory
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
• Fluency in English, Malay, and Chinese is an advantage
