Investor Relations Strategy Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify, maintain, and develop relationships with institutional investors and stakeholders in the private equity industry
• Facilitate one-on-one meetings between LPs and relevant fund managers
• Support delivery of exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions
• Secure audiences extending beyond institutional investors, including GPs, when needed

Requirements

• UK work permit (required)
• Fluency in Polish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Proactive mindset with ownership and high urgency
• Curiosity about people and passion for building relationships
