Investor Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of Company strategy, market position, and financial outlook
• Communicate directly with institutional shareholders
• Support quarterly earnings and prepare external earnings materials
• Provide recommendations on communications and outbound marketing
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams for consistent messaging
• Monitor and analyze financial models used by analysts
• Manage IR databases and CRM tools like IR Insight by Nasdaq
• Assist in managing investor relations marketing activities including conferences and road shows
• Execute ad-hoc requests from senior leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or economics
• 5+ years of corporate experience
• Quantitative and financial modeling experience
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Experience in investor relations, investment management, or equity research
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, SharePoint Designer)
• Experience with IR Insight by NASDAQ
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
