Responsibilities

• Due Diligence and Investor Support: Responsible for the standardized filling and dynamic updating of institutional due diligence materials; maintain compliance documents, product information, and historical performance databases.
• Data Statistics and Analysis: Track fundraising and core market data; use Python for data cleaning and visualization; build and maintain internal databases and automated statistical processes.
• Market Content and Material Writing: Assist in writing and updating weekly reports, monthly reports, and market commentaries; participate in the optimization of company introductions, strategy descriptions, and PPT materials.
• Process Automation: Explore and implement automated solutions for due diligence, data updates, and report generation using programming and AI tools.
• Investor Communication Support: Assist the core team in interfacing with institutions and family offices; handle meeting minutes and follow-ups; participate in the full fundraising and investor relations process.

Requirements

• Class of 2027 graduates, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Programming ability for data processing, simple scripting, or automation tasks.
• Strong interest in quantitative investment, private equity, or asset management.
• Good written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong logic and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automated writing, or data analysis assistants) is preferred.
