Investor Relations - Fixed Income, VP

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of State Street’s fixed income investor relations strategy.
• Organize and execute fixed income investor events, including roadshows and conferences.
• Create investor materials, including presentations and management Q&A documents, ensuring messaging is analytically driven.
• Manage relationships with buy-side and sell-side credit analysts to ensure accurate dissemination of information.
• Monitor and analyze fixed income market trends, credit spreads, and investor sentiment to shape engagement strategy.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Legal teams on the execution of debt issuances and capital planning.
• Support interactions with credit rating agencies to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, ratings agency research, fixed income credit analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, banking, and the financial services industry.
• Exceptional financial acumen with the ability to distill complex information into clear communication.
• High level of numeracy with detailed knowledge of bank financial analysis and fixed income valuation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with executive presence.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Regulation FD and securities regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Direct experience in Fixed Income markets.
