Investor Relations Associate Director/Director

Responsibilities

• Develop investor target lists including active buyers across European Structured Finance and UK real money accounts
• Identify new and anchor investors for each asset class to build relationships
• Develop outreach strategies for assigned investor groups
• Participate in investor outreach activities including 1-2-1 meetings, conference calls, and KBRA events
• Create and maintain presentations for meetings and calls
• Develop marketing email campaigns containing research and topical information
• Collect and contribute investor feedback and market themes to various business lines
• Articulate the KBRA message and value proposition to clients

Requirements

• Extensive experience in relationship management, fixed income investor relations, business development, or debt capital markets
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel throughout the EU and the UK
• Flexibility to participate in meetings at non-standard hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with investment or risk management teams at real money accounts
• Multilingual skills (e.g., French, German, Spanish)
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools like ChatGPT for research and productivity
