Investor Relations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the strategizing, planning, and execution of fundraisings, including market analysis and preparation of marketing materials (VDR, pitch decks, PPM, DDQ).
• Expand the firm's network of global investor relationships and cultivate prospective new investor relationships.
• Promote the firm's strategy, performance, and impact to the investor community.
• Manage IR operations, including quarterly and yearly fund reporting, LP requests, and secondary transfers.
• Lead the planning and execution of the annual Investor Annual General Meeting (AGM).
• Assist the co-investment program and support the execution of co-investment opportunities with deal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Investor Relations and Fundraising with institutional investors.
• Understanding of sales processes in financial services or private equity.
• Robust understanding of private equity fund structuring, terms, and performance metrics.
• Higher education degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage complex financial data and translate it into valuable information.
• Strong communication skills for articulating complex industry dynamics and deal structures.
