Investor Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, maintain, and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors and LPs
• Accommodate LP investment strategies by facilitating one-on-one meetings with relevant fund managers
• Support delivery of exclusive products including roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions
• Secure audiences that extend beyond institutional investors to include GPs when required

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• UK work permit
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
• Proactive mindset with high sense of urgency and ownership
• Curiosity about people and passion for building relationships
• No specific prior experience required; training is provided
