Investor Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, maintain, and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors and key stakeholders
• Facilitate 1:1 meetings between LPs and relevant fund managers to accommodate investment strategies
• Support delivery of exclusive products including roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions
• Secure audiences that extend beyond institutional investors to include GPs when needed

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and eligibility to work in the UK
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational ability to structure and prioritize work
• Proactive ownership mindset with a high sense of urgency
• Genuine curiosity about people and passion for building relationships
• No specific previous work experience required; comprehensive training is provided
