Investor Development

Responsibilities

• Identify, maintain and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors and LPs
• Facilitate 1:1 meetings between LPs and relevant fund managers
• Support delivery of exclusive products including roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions
• Secure audiences beyond institutional investors when required, including GPs
• Travel to overseas conferences as needed

Requirements

• UK work permit (required)
• No specific previous work experience required; training provided
• Relentless drive and desire to excel
• Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency
• Proactive ownership mindset with follow-through on commitments
• Curiosity about people and passion for building relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Polish language fluency
