About the Company

Limetax is building the operating system for the €20B German tax advisory industry. We acquire established tax firms and transform them into high-performing, technology-enabled businesses through proprietary software and streamlined operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform deal sourcing and market screening to identify acquisition targets
• Conduct financial modelling and valuation to underpin investment decisions
• Support due diligence by preparing financial and commercial materials
• Assist with deal documentation including LOIs, investment memos, and board materials
• Execute market and competitive analysis to maintain industry insights

Requirements

• Student in final stages of degree or recent graduate
• Strong foundation in finance
• Exposure to M&A, private equity, or investment banking
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Ability to work with urgency and take full ownership of workstreams
