Investments Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner supporting the investment decision process through strategic analysis and financial reporting
• Collaborate with senior leaders to provide analytical information on investment decisions and suggest actionable steps
• Partner with business units to develop projects and prepare investment decision documents and financial analyses for committees
• Track, consolidate, and report investment decisions on a regular basis
• Develop monthly capital reporting to keep management informed of financial status
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis of capital topics, interpreting results and translating data into actionable information
• Assess and improve existing investment reporting and management processes
• Support Operations Control and FP&A teams with monthly and quarterly reporting and the Target process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Advanced MS Excel and Spreadsheet skills for data consolidation and analytics
• Knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP BW

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or MSc degree
• Experience in Operations or Business Development
• Experience creating BI reports or using Apps Script
