Responsibilities

• Driving research, idea generation, and thematic sourcing across sectors of focus
• Engaging with entrepreneurs and executives of privately held companies to develop investment ideas
• Building key relationships and attending conferences to gain sector knowledge
• Conducting due diligence and quantitative analysis on new investments and add-ons
• Helping manage portfolio company relationships and strategic projects

Requirements

• Two-to-three years of professional, quantitatively-based experience (e.g., investment banking, direct investing, or consulting)
• Proven track record of leadership skills
• Outstanding academic achievement (typically a GPA of 3.6+)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to commit to a three-year term
